Deadline
Abstract submission deadline has passed. Information on the acceptance of the abstracts and the form of the presentation will be sent to the authors within the week starting on the 23th February.
Preparing your abstract
- Prepare your abstract using the LaTeX and/or Word templates provided below.
- The maximum length for abstracts is one page.
- For each session presentation (poster or oral) an abstract must be submitted.
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the report series of the Helsinki University of Technology under the name Proceedings of the LXIII Annual Conference of the Finnish Physical Society and on the program page, if acceptable to the submitter.
LaTeX abstracts
Use the following templates when preparing your abstract:
Compile your LaTeX abstracts to EPS format using the command dvips -E -o file.eps file.dvi. If your EPS file is large (i.e. several megabytes) please compress it using gzip or WinZip before submission.
Word abstracts
Use the following template when preparing your abstract:
The abstract may be submitted as a Word document, but it is highly recommended to export it as a PDF file. This helps in compiling the event proceedings.
